GF Patisserie -  Is a specialty bakery on the road between Calgary and Banff in a town called Cohrane.   http://www.gfpatisserie.com/  They make beyond the best pizza crust I've ever had (sadly the pizza place that served it stopped doing so - but I know it is still available).  I was able to try their flatbread at the Wildernest Cafe in Calgary (I will do another post for that).  And if you want to drool on a regular basis check out The Celiac Husband - and you will see posts of when and what is going on with them.  http://theceliachusband.blogspot.com/
